Rygcenter MidtVest kommer og holder en halv times foredrag om, hvordan man kan undg\u00e5 at f\u00e5 skader n\u00e5r man tr\u00e6ner. Efter foredraget er der mulighed for at g\u00e5 i fitnesscenteret og tr\u00e6ne, mens du kan stille sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til en repr\u00e6sentant fra Rygcenter MidtVest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er vigtigt for os som fitnesscenter, at vi hj\u00e6lper medlemmerne til at forebygge skader ved at tr\u00e6ne korrekt. Desv\u00e6rre oplever Rygcenter MidtVest at mange af deres klienter har skader, som f\u00f8lge af d\u00e5rlig tr\u00e6ningsstil.
